Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Free shipping on every order. Shipping is free on all orders, to every country we deliver to. There is nothing extra to pay for delivery at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery times: Most orders arrive 10–20 days after you order, depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at guilly@hotmail.co.uk. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
